1. IT Services
1.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for IT services are generally not provided after the service has been completed or the work has been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service before the project is completed, we may offer a partial refund or credit based on the work performed.
Before Completion: If the project is in the early stages and you decide to cancel the service, a partial refund may be issued, based on the work completed up to that point.
After Completion: If the service has been completed, no refund will be issued. However, if there are any issues, we will work with you to resolve them to your satisfaction.
1.2 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. Provide the following:
Your service details
A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request
Any supporting documentation or screenshots

2.1 Refund Eligibility
We provide a guarantee for the accuracy and completeness of your tax filing. If there is a mistake or an error in the filing that is our fault, we will correct the error and, if necessary, provide a refund for the filing fee.
Before Filing: If you request a cancellation before your IT filing is submitted to the relevant authorities, we will issue a full refund.
After Filing: Once the filing has been submitted, no refund will be issued. However, we will assist with any corrections or amendments required due to errors on our part.
2.2 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for IT filing services, contact us within 7 days of the filing date with the following:
Your filing details (name, contact info, and filing reference number)
Explanation of the issue
Supporting documentation (if applicable)
3. Exceptions
Refunds may not apply in the following cases:
If you have already received the services, and they have been completed as per the agreement.
If you fail to provide required information in a timely manner that causes delays in the service or filing.
Any issues that arise from third-party platforms, such as government tax systems or external software providers.
